Anyone got recommendations for purchase order software that won't break the bank? My construction business is growing and I'm tired of tracking orders in spreadsheets. Half the time I can't tell if materials have been ordered or not until they either show up or the project gets delayed. Looking for something simple but effective

I run a small manufacturing shop and had the same problem last year. Orders were falling through the cracks and we'd end up rushing to get materials at the last minute. Super expensive and stressful. After one too many late projects, I decided to try precoro for our purchase orders. It's been pretty good for our needs. The interface isn't fancy but it gets the job done - you create POs in the system, they go to vendors, and everyone can track status in real time. What I like most is the visibility - I can see exactly what's been ordered, what's pending approval, and what's been received
